Control system
The unit operation is controlled from the control panel of the main HTG unit. In the local control panel, there are contactors for switching pumps on/off according to the signal from the main control panel of the modular heat transfer package, as well as toggle switches for local pump control.
Selection and installation details
| To select the heat transfer medium circulation unit, it is necessary to know the value of the nominal heat transfer medium Q flow rate, which can be calculated using the heat balance formula.

| Also, for the correct selection of circulation pumps, it is necessary to know the total hydraulic resistance of the heating/heat supply system at a nominal flow rate of heat transfer medium ΔP, also taking into account the pressure loss in the heat transfer package HTG (in particular, in the heat exchanger). The available head H, which the HTG-CIRC group pump must develop, cannot be lower than the calculated ΔP. Flow-head graphs for typical HTG-DG units are shown below. Diagrams are given for one pump.
